Payment

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payments to Oiseaux are transacted through Stripe (a third party gateway powered by American Express) to guarantee your protection. Your credit card information is never stored, and all information is handled over SSL encryption. 

If you would prefer to pay via Paypal, or by personal check or money order, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll be happy to send an invoice.

 

Packaging & Shipping

We package bookplates carefully with cardboard to prevent bending. Prints are package in a cellophane sleeve and mailed in a sturdy, stay-flat mailer. We use recycled packing materials and boxes whenever possible when shipping large orders or larger items like panel prints. In an effort to help the environment, we do not include a printed paper receipt. Please let us know if you would like one.

  • Domestic orders: We offer USPS first class, USPS Priority, or USPS Express Shipping, with delivery confirmation on all packages. If you'd like different method of shipping or insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
  • International orders: we ship US Airmail, first class. There is no way for us to track international orders, so please make sure your address is entered correctly. If you'd like a different method of shipping or would like to add insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Taxes, Customs & Duties

Please note that all California state residents will be charged 9% sales tax. Customs, duties and/or taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the US are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges on personalized items, thank you for understanding. Personalized items are made to order to your specifications. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us for an immediate replacement. In the case of damage we may ask for a photo to follow up with the USPS.

Returns of non-personalized items are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned free from damage and in original, new condition. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please make sure your personalization request is spelled correctly and that your shipping address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for misspelled names due to sticky keyboard keys or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
